~Preparation for your Day~

- confirm arrival of all vendors/set up two weeks before

- Provide timeline, suggested photo list and other resources to help with the planning process

- assist with floor plan creation


- arrive at venue for walk through with bride

- organize decor and items for storage at venue overnight (if possible)

- take decor home to bring to wedding if needed

- instruct bridal party for wedding rehearsal

~Wedding Day~

- arrive to meet venue Manager in the morning and set up

- trained assistant onsite for execution of all details

- manage details for the entire day, from start to finish

- problem solving and trouble-shooting so you don’t have to worry about anything

- main contact for vendors so that you can get ready and enjoy your day

- meet vendors and ensure delivery of flowers, food and favors

- complimentary pre-ceremony water station for guests

- oversee set up of layout and implementation of decor at reception and venue

- set up ceremony and any special elements needed onsite

- assist bridal party as needed

- distribute all flowers to bridal party and family

- facilitate wedding ceremony, cuing family and bridal party

- coordinate flow of reception

- ensure gifts and all decor are returned to cars safely and sent home with family

- oversee reception tear down and vendor clean up
